Our Co-operative Story
We are a New Zealand Co-operative made up of everyday good people who work together to do good things with dairy. Good things with the land we work on and good things for the people that our products end up with. We are passionate about doing amazing things with dairy.
We believe that food and nutrition are essential to sustain us today and for future generations to thrive. Which is why we take great care of every drop of milk, from the beginning, through every step of the way. It’s our dedication and care that enables us to produce safe and high-quality food, and our dairy know-how and innovation capability mean we can do amazing things with our milk to enhance people’s lives.
Broad-Spectrum
Phospholipids
Nutiani Broad-Spectrum Phospholipids: Complex lipids, sourced from bovine milk, broad-spectrum phospholips are clinically shown to support a range of mental wellbeing health benefits including staying positive and focused under stress. They are vital nutrients within the body, in cell membranes, and the brain.
What are Phospholipids:
Phospholipids are the building blocks of cell membranes. Optimal brain and nerve function depends upon whole, healthy cells and membranes.
Brain lipids constitute nearly 50% of the 50% brain’s dry weight1.
A healthy individual can lose as much as 20% of brain phospholipid levels at the age of 80-90, a decline that starts in their 20s2.
Digested dietary phospholipids absorb easily in humans and cross the blood-brain barrier.
Bovine Milk broad-spectrum phospholipids are rich in well researched lipids, including phosphatidylserine & sphingomyelin, that are not present in significant concentrations in plant-based ingredients.

Dairy Proteins
Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC): Whey protein is rapidly digested by the body, allowing fast absorption of its nutritional benefits into the blood stream and muscles. It’s also naturally high in the three essential branched-chain amino acids (leucine, iso-leucine and valine) compared to other protein sources, helping support muscle maintenance, build and recovery.

How does whey protein support the body:
A complete protein; Whey aids in muscle soreness and recovery while keeping the body satiated and satisfied.
Fast-acting whey protein is uniquely effective for building strength, powering muscles, and losing fat mass.
Digested more slowly, casein is sometimes called the “delayed release” protein.
– Whey is often favored for long workouts/training sessions or consumed before bed so athletes and everyday workout warriors are strong and ready for the next day.
